Yoga Classes at The Cozy Corner

We host yoga classes every week! See below for class descriptions and the link to register. Due to limited space, pre-registration is required!

Minimum age to participate is 12 yrs old

Yoga

Some Like It Hot
On Thursdays at 
9:00am - 10:00am

This is an all levels class in a high temperature space. The instructor will guide the class through a series of poses, breathing techniques and meditation. The room temperature for this class is turned up to help increase your respiration, metabolism, and circulation. Many people find that the higher temperature also helps them burn more calories.

Sunday Salutations
On Sundays at
10:30am - 11:45am

This is an intermediate level class using the flow of sun salutations to loosen, strength, and align the body. It is recommended that students have previously taken a basic level yoga class.

Mobility Matters
On Sundays at
6:00pm-7:00pm

This is an all levels class where beginners are welcome. Mindful stretches and gentle movements are used to help increase the body's mobility and balance.

Yoga For Stress Relief
On Mondays at 
6:30pm-7:30pm

This class combines asanas (yoga postures), breath work, aromatherapy, and inspirational readings to help practitioners respond to, rather than react to stress. Beginners welcome.

Intro To Vinyasa
On Wednesdays
(Not currently scheduled)

This class is for the yogi who is floating somewhere between basic yoga classes and intermediate Vinyasa or "flow" classes. If you are ready to build on your understanding of basic yoga, move a little faster and build some heat, this is your class. The instructor will regularly use props and occasionally move to a wall to feel confident and supported in more difficult postures.
